Leadership changes and strengthened presence at LEDiL

We are pleased to announce that Brian Russ has joined LEDiL Inc as President. In his new role, Brian will lead our operations in North America, further strengthening customer engagement and supporting continued growth in the region.

Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in sales across LED components, optical systems, and lighting solutions. His strong industry expertise and collaborative, team-oriented approach position him well to support our customers and partners while guiding LEDiL Inc forward.

In Italy, we are delighted to welcome Marco Boarolo as our new Sales Manager. Marco joins LEDiL with extensive experience in the lighting industry and a strong track record in building customer relationships and supporting strategic growth.

These appointments follow the upcoming retirements of Ben Swedberg, President of LEDiL Inc, and LEDiL representative Diego Quadrio in Italy. We are pleased that Ben will continue in his role until the end of July and remain available to support a smooth transition in the months that follow. Both have made significant contributions over many years and will be greatly missed. We warmly thank them for their dedication and wish them all the best in their well-deserved retirements.

Together, these changes build on our success and further strengthen our close relationships with customers in these markets.
